Have you been advised, “Stay positive.” “This will pass”. Don’t worry”…when you are in the dips?

Positivity is not a switch that you put on and instantly you cheer up.

Of course, you will worry. And that’s okay.

You need to FEEL the emotions. Stay with it, in order to process it.

You need to accept the fact that you are low, something has not worked out the way it had to.

Ignoring emotions, brushing feelings under the carpet without addressing it is dangerous. It will only pile up and day it will all erupt up – resulting in illness.


When you are in the dumps…

What you need to know is HOW to pull through.

HOW to endure that phase.

Each person requires a customized solution to drive up the dip.

👉1st Step: You need to ascertain where are you on your energy index.

👉2nd: Accept reasons why you ended up there.

👉3rd: Take small actions one at a time to propel yourself up emotionally.

👉4th: Chalk out Practical steps to overcome the issue.

👉5th: Execute points 3 & 4 consistently.

And yes, please check who you are pouring your heart out to. Not everybody deserves to hear your story.
